Why Join Cub Scouts?
● About
Cub Scouting is a fun, family-friendly way to spend time together. The best part? All that fun builds real-life skills—character, leadership, fitness, and citizenship. Kids dive into hands-on activities, explore the outdoors, learn about safety, and discover family traditions. They’re part of a Den—a small group of kids in the same grade—where they make friends, build confidence, and learn to work as a team. The values we teach come from the Scout Oath and Scout Law. But let’s be honest: kids join because it’s fun. They’ll learn great lessons—while they’re too busy having a blast to notice.
When do we meet?
Den Meetings
A Den is a group of kids in the same grade within our Pack. Dens meet 1–2 times a month between Pack Meetings for hands-on fun and learning.
Meeting days and times are set by the Den Leader with input from parents.
Pack Meetings
Our monthly Pack Meeting brings together all Dens, leaders, and families. We do a fun group activity and highlight what the kids learned and accomplished over the past month. Pack Meetings are held every 3rd Monday at 6:15 PM.
Pack Committee Meetings
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:15 PM on Google Meet.
This is when we plan Pack meetings, organize activities for the kids, and talk about upcoming events. It’s a great way to stay connected and help shape what’s ahead.
The committee includes all Pack leaders, but every Den should have someone there to represent—this doesn’t have to be the Den Leader or Assistant.
All parents are welcome and encouraged to join in and share ideas!
